Flooded

We’re back at it in 2015!!

Join us on Saturday, February 21st at 9:00am here at Trinity, as we will gather before heading back to Oneida to do more work in Flood Recovery.

2013 – Oneida Flood Recovery Mission Trips

Summer 2013 – heavy heavy rains for days at a time had a dire impact on lives in the Oneida area of CNY. Trinity and Andrews Memorial have teamed up again to make a difference in people’s lives for a day by going on day trips to help with flood recovery in that area. We meet at 9am at Andrews Memorial UMC (106 Church Street in North Syracuse) to head down to the work site together on one Saturday per month. Check out the home page for latest updates or visit our Facebook page. Or, send us an e-mail at office@claytrinity.org to check in on our next trip. ALL are welcome, not just the congregations! No special skills or experience required.

Starting Fall 2011, Trinity had been going down to the Southern Tier on one Saturday morning a month to help rebuild homes and even churches that have been destroyed by the devastating floods that hit in 2011.  We gathered at Trinity at 9:00am on the selected Saturday and carpool down to the designated rebuilding assignment.   For more pictures, please see our Facebook.
